Michael L. DuBose Jr is a rising artist from Paterson, NJ. His portfolio consists of mixed media art including paintings, and computer art. His inspiration stems from various sources such as music, film, and daily life. As a child he found an interest in the arts while watching Disney films. Soon after he began drawing his own fictional characters and stories, and his interest quickly evolved into a passion. He went on to pursue his passion for the arts while attending William Paterson University of New Jersey where he received his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Animation with a minor in Graphic Design. He also continued his education by attending the School of Visual Arts where he received his Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Computer Art. Michael currently works at the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology where he was once a student. Here, he serves as the Assistant Building Coordinator while also teaching 2nd and 3rd grade art.
